1-7/8" with thin brass frame holding aluminum disk that spins. One side pictures elephant on hind legs and opposite side pictures donkey on all 4 legs. When the disk is spun, the optical illusion of the elephant mounting the donkey is created. We don't know the exact date of issue but from the era of FDR-Willkie. Exc. with exceptionally nice luster.
