Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed for three weeks following the date we ship via insured U.S. postal service. Return the item purchased from us for any reason in the same condition as when we packed it and receive a full refund including postage charges in both directions.  A returned item must be delivered to us within 21 days of the original postmark. After three weeks, an item purchased from us may only be returned for a refund of the purchase price if is determined by the majority of three experts agreed to jointly by the purchaser and TedHake.com that the item in question is, in fact, not authentic.

 If the contents of a box are damaged, do not discard the box or wrapping. Contact us immediately at ted@tedhake.com so that we may file a damage/loss claim with U.S. postal service.
